Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Business Process Specialist to act as a process SME across merchandising, planning, buying, sourcing and product development. You will design and sustain end-to-end processes to connect teams, improve efficiency, and scale operations.

This role requires strong project management and stakeholder engagement to drive cross-functional improvements. You will partner with Product, Supply Chain, IT, Finance and other stakeholders to define future state roadmaps, create SOPs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations, business or a related discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives and project management.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Retail or planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as process SME, understanding workflows, KPIs, and operational context.
• Identify improvement opportunities with planning, buying, sourcing & PD teams.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Use data analytics to drive key decisions and measure success against KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional projects, build partnerships with Product, Supply Chain, IT and Finance.
• Plan, monitor, and drive adoption of process improvements and change management.
