Johnson & Johnson is seeking an End to End Planning Manager for the Shoulder portfolio to join our team in Raynham, MA or Warsaw, IN. You will lead planning optimization across the supply chain to balance customer service, costs and inventory.

In this role you will collaborate with global partners, drive IBP processes, and influence decisions that align with DePuy Synthes and Orthopaedics portfolio goals. This role supports a complex, multi-site network and requires strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Experience with planning optimization and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Defines inventory de-coupling points and replenishment strategies.
• Reviews supply chain parameters (batch sizes, lead times, safety stock).
• Ensures development and alignment of constrained end-to-end production and inventory plans.
• Develops scenarios to avoid or resolve potential constraints.
• Adheres to inventory targets by aligning supply and demand plans.
• Drives IBP cycle activities and critical trade-off decisions with partners.
