Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an End to End Planning Manager, Shoulders, to join our team in Raynham, MA or Warsaw, IN. This role focuses on planning optimization, balancing customer service, cost, and inventory across Orthopaedics supply chains.

As part of DePuy Synthes post-separation, the successful candidate will support NPI planning, IBP cycles, and multi-site coordination while navigating regulatory and process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Plant supply planning experience required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in the Healthcare Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines inventory de-coupling points and replenishment strategies.
• Reviews supply chain parameters (batch sizes, make frequencies, safety stock, lead times).
• Ensures development and alignment of constrained E2E production and inventory plans.
• Ensures accurate generation of requirements across the supply chain.
• Develops scenarios to avoid or resolve constraints.
• Adheres to inventory targets by aligning supply and demand plans.
