INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst in San Antonio, TX to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will work across time zones in a global environment, handling USD and foreign currency payroll data with discretion.

You will collaborate with Payroll Supervisor and Manager, produce regular payroll reports, and respond to employee inquiries on pay, taxes, and timekeeping while leveraging multiple payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as Payroll Processor or similar role (3–5 years).
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll practices.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state payroll regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
• Ensure payroll transactions are processed timely and accurately.
• Provide customer service to employees on compensation, taxes, and timekeeping.
• Improve payroll processes and educate teammates on policies and practices.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and reports.
• Process 940/941 and year-end reporting (W-2, W-2c, P60).
