Job summary

Pomelo Care is hiring an Outbound Sales Specialist to enroll patients and educate families about care resources. You will perform high-volume outbound calls, meet enrollment KPIs, and document each interaction while coordinating with providers and partners.

Ideal candidates communicate with empathy, speak Spanish and English fluently, and thrive in a metrics-driven, remote-friendly startup environment. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Empathy and ability to build rapport with patients and families.
• Motivated by metrics and monthly bonus programs.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients.
• Educate patients on Pomelo Care resources and services.
• Achieve enrollment goals per KPIs.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and community partners.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up care.
• Participate in training to stay current on trends.
• Handle inbound inquiries from potential patients.
