Job summary

Rolls-Royce Solutions America in Novi, MI seeks a Sr. Order Management Coordinator to own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for assigned accounts. You will coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure order accuracy and timely reporting.

This role interfaces with Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to support contractual fulfilment and operational visibility. Hybrid work schedule requires 2 office days per week in Novi.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with 4+ years of experience in order management or distribution management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with 2+ years of experience in order management or distribution management.
• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (optional).
• PhD/JD in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (optional).
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain or order management in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for assigned customers and ensure accurate order execution and revenue tracking.
• Serve as primary contact for all order, backlog, and fulfillment activities and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Deliver timely order status, backlog, revenue, and performance reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of commitments.
