Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is seeking a Sr. Order Management Coordinator to lead reporting across the O2C process. The role focuses on transforming data into insights, tracking KPIs, and supporting working capital goals in a dynamic market.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and HQ in Germany while working on digitalization initiatives and process improvements. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain is required.
• 5 years of experience in supply chain/distribution management or 9 years of experience in the same field.
• Domestic or international travel around 5% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage core reporting tasks across the Order-to-Cash process for revenue, cash, and inventory to support net working capital targets.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights using Excel, Power BI and internal tools.
• Monitor, track, and analyze KPIs to ensure accurate forecasting and target assurance.
• Develop dashboards and prepare professional presentations for management to visualize performance.
