Job summary

XVIVO is seeking a customer logistics specialist to manage the end-to-end order process, including picking, packing, and shipping, for internal and external customers. The role requires collaboration with Sales & Marketing and strict attention to accuracy in inventory and trade compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years in related fields, is customer-focused, structured, and driven to improve efficiency. Teamwork and independent work capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in customer support and logistics or related field.
• Experience working with Sales & Marketing and external customers.
• Customer focused and performance driven.
• Structured.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; team-oriented relationship builder and non-prestigious.
• Ability to work independent and as part of a team.
• Strong drive for efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Order handling and customer support from order to shipment.
• Picking-Packing-Shipping of XVIVO products (Internal and External).
• Inventory and materials control including goods receipt and incoming inspection.
• Trade compliance.
• Drive continuous improvements to achieve an efficient Order to Delivery Process.
