Qualifications

• 1+ year of inventory management in delivery, retail, inventory management, or warehouse roles.
• 1+ year of customer-facing or customer-service experience.
• Proficient with smartphone-based inventory, scheduling, and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned delivery work, including driving a company vehicle and returning home safely.
• Manage sorting, cycle counts, and delivery of inventory per customer guidelines.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide reliable services adhering to safety rules.
• Meet SLA requirements, conduct inspections, perform timely equipment maintenance, and complete accurate paperwork.
