Job summary

AMAX is seeking a hands-on Operations professional to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, from receipt through production and shipment, ensuring customer requirements and delivery commitments are met.

You will identify material shortages, manage supply risks, and act as an operational liaison with customers, coordinating requests, delivery expectations, and issue resolution. Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and project-management skills are essential.
• Experience with dashboards, capacity analyses, and business cases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from receipt to production and shipment to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.
• Identify and proactively manage material shortages and supply risks.
• Coordinate with customers, respond to requests, and resolve issues.
• Monitor fulfillment performance and communicate risks with clear status and recovery plans.
• Develop operational quotes, CAPEX proposals and business cases for manufacturing improvements.
• Prepare customer and management presentations translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Drive improvements using KPIs and cross-functional collaboration to improve fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PM/Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering to address schedule delays and capacity issues.
• Coordinate with cross-regional stakeholders to resolve shortages and bottlenecks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
