Augusta National Golf Club seeks a Lead, Special Projects to own and coordinate specialized merchandise requests from concept to delivery. This on-site role oversees employee gifts, leadership and partner gifting, and custom merchandise projects, ensuring quality and brand alignment.

The role works closely with Human Resources, Club & Hospitality, Planning & Operations, Finance & IT, and Tournament teams to execute complex programs while maintaining schedules, budgets, and inventory control.

Formación

• Two to four years of product development experience in apparel or accessories.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the centralized owner for all special merchandise initiatives.
• Own end-to-end execution of special requests from concept through delivery.
• Primary intake and ownership for employee gifts, leadership gifting, and custom merchandise projects.
• Manage multiple requests using Wrike or similar tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to pull and deliver inventory items.
• Develop and manage project timelines and identify risks.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and documentation for repeatable programs.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Club & Hospitality, Planning & Operations, Finance & IT, Tournament teams, and Leadership.
