Augusta National Golf Club seeks a dedicated Operations team member for the Masters Tournament. You will help maintain merchandise inventory, coordinate resupply, and support a smooth patron flow throughout the shop, ensuring a high standard of guest service.

Daily tasks include assisting guests, answering questions about Masters merchandise and directions, and working with the team during holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience developing or communicating order quantities preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Strong time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
• Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Displays integrity and sincerity interacting with others.

Responsabilités

• Maintain merchandise inventory and coordinate resupply to display areas.
• Assist in managing patron flow and answer questions about Masters merchandise or directions.
• Greet, assist and direct members, players, caddies and patrons in a professional manner.
• Support compliance with Club standards and participate in mandatory orientation and training.
