Job summary

Goodwill South Florida is seeking a Contract Logistics Coordinator in Miami to ensure contractual and logistical requirements are met throughout outbound production. Responsibilities include CLIN assignment, coordination with subcontractors, and managing end-to-end transportation and documentation.

The role requires a 4-year degree and at least 3 years of logistics coordination or contract management experience, with a preference for manufacturing-sector experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, contract management, or order fulfillment.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign CLINs to outbound orders per contract and DOs.
• Coordinate material movement with subcontractors and processing partners.
• Plan end-to-end logistics from production to customer depot and track shipments.
