Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking a Contract Logistics Coordinator to ensure accurate execution of contractual and logistical requirements across the outbound production flow. You will assign CLINs, coordinate transportation, manage documentation, and maintain communication with internal teams and external subcontractors.

The role covers off-site processing coordination with treaters and finishing providers, and directs shipments from processors to customer depots while monitoring

Responsibilities

• Contract Compliance and CLIN Management: assign CLINs to outbound orders per contract terms.
• End-to-End Logistics Management: plan and coordinate from production completion to delivery.
• Coordination with Subcontractors and External Processing: monitor status and ensure schedules.
• Documentation and Record Control: maintain shipping files, PODs, and audit-ready records.
• Communication and Issue Resolution: liaison across Contract Management, Planning, Shipping, and QC.
• Vendor Coordination: manage relationships with carriers and subcontractors to meet quality and delivery specs.
