The role emphasizes data-driven processes, supplier/vendor coordination, and system-first workflows to replace manual tracking. Strong experience in credentialing and healthcare operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience streamlining clinical or healthcare operations in a tech-enabled environment.
• Hands-on experience with credentialing and provider data processes.
• Ability to configure and administer operational tooling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own provider credentialing and primary source verification for US clinicians.
• Maintain SOPs and credentialing data in a system of record with automated expiry tracking.
• Turn onboarding plans into tracked sequences from offer to start with built-in credentialing gates.
• Monitor compliance against Head of Compliance standards and report gaps.
• Define and maintain systems, tooling and automation for practice operations.
