Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Factory Supply Chain Manager – End-to-End to lead the full value stream on site, from inbound planning to dispatch. You will own scheduling, warehouse and inventory control, and supplier management in a fast-paced CPG manufacturing setting.

You will coach a skilled team to maintain service levels, optimize working capital, and drive improvements across the supply chain with a focus on safety and excellence. This role is based in the U.S. manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supply chain operations.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and CI principles.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Transportation, and Corporate Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end factory supply chain, from inbound planning to dispatch of finished goods.
• Develop and manage the site supply chain budget and KPIs.
• Coach and develop the supply chain team to deliver safe, high‑performing operations.
• Collaborate with Lean Champion, Procurement, and factory leadership to drive continuous improvement.
