• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience is required.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support manufacturing objectives.
• Lead Purchasing, Materials Management, Inventory Control, and Production Scheduling.
• Manage procurement to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of materials.
• Develop supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance to support planning, forecasting, and material availability.
• Optimize inventory levels while minimizing shortages, excess inventory, and supply chain risk.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement, planning, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies and cGMP standards.
• Monitor and report key supply chain performance metrics.
• Support new product launches and manage obsolete inventory.
