Job summary

Amer Sports seeks an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end distribution center operations at its Ogden, Utah facility. You will drive safety, cost, and quality targets while developing leaders and ensuring readiness for peak periods.

You’ll manage inbound/outbound, inventory, value-added services, returns, and automation, balancing labor with automation to optimize throughput and costs. This on-site role offers a dynamic, team‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 5+ years in fast-paced, high-volume warehouse operations and 5+ years leading a team.
• Proven leader of leaders with coaching and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns.
• Drive safety, engagement, and continuous improvement to achieve service, cost, and quality targets.
• Lead and develop salaried managers and hourly leads; build a strong leadership bench.
• Collaborate with IT, Transportation, and Brand teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Balance labor, equipment, and automation to optimize throughput and costs.
