Job summary

AgCountry Farm Credit Services is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, prospects, and team members across phone, in-person, and digital channels. You will manage loan applications, monetary transactions, and office operations while delivering exceptional service and support.

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the customer journey through the loan process and all aspects of product delivery before, during and after the closing.
• Document customer interactions and resolve issues, escalating to teammates when necessary.
• Generate referrals by promoting core products, services and digital tools; provide Sales Support for Sales Team.
• Manage monetary transactions, payments, wire transfers, and address related inquiries.
• Coordinate new loan applications from submission to signatures, including gathering documentation.
• Oversee office operations: invoices, supplies, file retention, vendor validation, and vehicle maintenance.
