Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4+ years consumer finance or related experience preferred.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and customer service skills expected.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and strong communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone; verify credit and employment information.
• Process payments and loan-related transactions; advise on loan approvals.
• Approve loans within lending limits and complete closings.
• Handle collection-related account activities, including calls and in-person discussions.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and balance cash; close branch daily.
