Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years in product development or project coordination, with strong communication and PLM/SAP/Oracle/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to facilitate collaboration.
• Proficiency with PLM software, ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle), and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end launch process for new products from concept to market release.
• Manage cross-functional project timelines, ensuring all teams meet key milestones.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, prototypes, and meeting records.
• Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and manage vendor and supplier contracts.
• Coordinate testing protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance to ensure product standards are met.
