Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) in Minnesota is seeking a Project Manager to lead new product development and cross-functional initiatives across our global facilities. You will own plans, schedules, and budgets for programs from concept to launch, reporting progress to leadership and ensuring deliverables align with milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communications skills; must communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with ISO documentation and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinates with staff to develop products from concept to launch.
• Ensures projects meet specifications, performance, deliverables and timelines.
• Oversees progress and reports status to levels of the organization.
• Develops reports to track metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintains ISO-compliant documentation and collaborates with global facilities.
