Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of NPD or product commercialization experience within CPG
• Experience working directly with co-manufacturers and/or outsourced production partners
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development from concept, prototyping, and formulation through commercialization and launch
• Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to translate consumer and market insights into viable products
• Manage co-manufacturers, contract packagers, and suppliers throughout development, trials, and scale-up
• Troubleshoot production and development issues while ensuring quality, regulatory, and product specifications are met
• Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics to ensure launch readiness
• Manage multiple NPD projects, timelines, milestones, and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve speed-to-market, cost efficiency, and the overall NPD process
• Track launch performance and incorporate post-launch learnings into future development
