Job summary

Martell Services Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical/telecom construction projects, guiding them from start-up to close-out. You will coordinate staffing, budgets, and subcontractors while maintaining strong client communication and ensuring safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s/Associate degree in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience with a proven on-time, on-budget delivery record. Local travel and on-site presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years construction project management experience (Electrical/Telecommunications/Highway/Mechanical).
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with project controls, schedules, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and staffing, including labor, subcontractors, and engineers.
• Ensure adherence to contract documents and permits.
• Monitor progress to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Develop relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Communicate goals and status to stakeholders and on-site teams.
• Oversee safety and OSHA compliance on projects.
• Manage project administrative tasks and documentation.
