Job summary

Sargent Electric Company in East Chicago, IN seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from inception through closeout. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience leading electrical construction projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred.
Proven ability to lead project teams and drive successful project outcomes in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

Lead projects by managing budgets, schedules, resources, and client communication.
Provide leadership to project-related supervisory, management, and administrative personnel.
Oversee development and execution of project schedules and cost reports.
