Job summary

BRYSK Solutions is seeking a forward deployed software engineer to solve real business problems with production systems, AI agents, and scalable data pipelines. You’ll own projects end-to-end, from initial client discovery through deployment, with a focus on building portals, dashboards, internal tools, and integrations that clients rely on daily.

You will work directly with clients across North America and Europe, shaping solutions that reduce manual work and accelerate growth, while mastering

Qualifications

• Experience designing full-stack systems that hold up in production.
• Big-picture thinking that connects components before coding.
• Strong communication with clients and developers to align on solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand how their business runs and where it hurts.
• Turn those pain points into complete solutions that scale, from the base of the pyramid to the top.
• Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to move fast, and review everything before it ships.
• Own your work end to end in our weekly sprint, from first build to client handoff.
