Bridgeway in Coraopolis, PA seeks a Solutions Engineer to own the full solution lifecycle—from requirements to deployment—within the Advanced Technologies team. You'll design architectures, write production code, and ship AI‑powered workflows directly into operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, structured discovery with business units, and metrics to prove impact. You will work with Claude Code and other AI tools, integrate enterprise platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in a solutions engineering, business systems, or software development role.
• Ability to independently gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver working software.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI definition, data modeling, and interpreting operational data.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present to a VP or frontline operator.
• Familiarity with API integration patterns (REST), relational databases, and data pipelines.
• Experience working in or with agile/product‑oriented delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Embed directly with operations, finance, billing, and other business units to uncover inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Run structured discovery to extract, document, and sharpen requirements.
• Convert messy business problems into precise solution briefs: tightly scoped and measurable.
• Challenge assumptions and probe for root causes rather than surface statements.
• Architect end‑to‑end solutions spanning process, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Produce architecture docs, data flows, API contracts, and technical specs.
• Write production‑ready code for internal tools and AI workflows.
• Coordinate testing, deployments, and post‑launch improvements.
• Communicate with sponsors and train users; collaborate in an agile environment.
• Identify AI capabilities and stay current with tooling and frameworks.
