Job summary

Openkrill is seeking an engineer to embed with customer teams, own outcomes from discovery to post-launch support, and ship production-grade SpaceXAI systems that operate in real customer environments.

You will drive the architecture, stand up production agents on Grok, wire them into customer auth/data/tools, and harden with evals for real-world use cases. This role demands hands-on delivery and clear business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software/ML engineering or data science.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience owning a customer or operator outcome and shipping end-to-end systems.
• Built AI-native workflows or agents in production and debugged production failures.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with customers by understanding codebases and workflows.
• Design and ship production agents and AI applications on Grok for live processes.
• Deploy first version quickly, then iterate with rollout, monitoring and usage data.
• Own production quality: tracing, evals, debugging, latency and cost tradeoffs.
• Build systems around the model (tools, servers, retrieval, rules, CI gates, evals) and integrate with auth/data/workflow.
