Job summary

Openkrill is hiring a Software Engineer for the User Operations team to own and build product quality infrastructure. You will work on AI-powered systems that capture, triage, route, and act on customer feedback at scale, shaping product decisions with real-time signals.

This internal-facing role focuses on closing the loop between customer experience and what gets built, ensuring the right signal reaches the right team quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical projects across teams.
• Proven track record building internal tools or developer platforms.
• Proficiency across database, backend, and frontend.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and analytics tooling.
• Familiarity with Cursor and AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to integrate with third-party platforms (ticketing, payments, CRMs).
• Strong ownership and fast iteration mindset.
• Self-starter with curiosity and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered systems to synthesize customer signals at scale.
• Build dashboards and pipelines for real-time visibility into bugs and quality.
• Create intelligent bug intake and triage systems for scalable reports.
• Integrate tooling across ticketing, CRM, data warehouse, and payments.
• Collaborate with domain experts to rapidly ship internal improvements.
