Job summary

Judgment Labs Inc. is seeking a customer-focused technical executor in San Francisco to own the end-to-end customer process, from discovery and demonstrations to successful integration and ongoing adoption.

You will collaborate with customer teams to reason about agent behavior, translate goals into concrete ABM deployments, and drive product direction based on learnings from multiple engagements. This role emphasizes technical execution, customer ownership, and strategic judgment, with

Qualifications

Experience deploying AI/LLM-based systems in production.
Ability to rapidly learn new tools and integrate AI infrastructure into customer workflows.
Ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into concrete technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Own multiple customer engagements end-to-end, from initial discovery to successful integration and adoption, including Slack and calls.
Deploy and embed Judgment Labs' ABM platform and AI components into customer codebases and production AI systems.
Guide customers through decisions on agent monitoring, evaluation strategy, and integration into existing systems.
Turn customer feedback into product direction: what to build, fix, or remove from the roadmap.
Prototype and demo new features with coding agents, and collaborate with engineering to ship changes.
