Job summary

Sable AI Inc. is seeking a strong software engineer to own customers' end-to-end deployments of Aidan, joining live calls, observing how the product behaves, and identifying concrete technical improvements.

You will work closely with a Deployment Strategist, own all code changes for the core agent when needed, build deployment tooling, and document playbooks to reduce repeat effort on future deployments. This role blends customer communication with hands-on engineering across backend, browser

Qualifications

• Strong software engineer with backend, browser automation, and LLM-based systems.
• Enjoys working directly with customers and leading technical discussions.
• Experience shipping at a startup or in forward deployed/solutions roles.
• Bonus: hands-on agent, prompt, or evaluation work; experience with voice or realtime systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the engineer assigned to a set of accounts, from first scoping call to live implementation
• Build the tooling that makes deployments faster: replay, evaluation, configuration, integrations into the customer's stack
• Coordinate development with the agent team.
• Turn what you learn on each account into playbooks so the next deployment needs less of you
