Job summary

Output Biosciences is seeking a full‑cycle recruiter to build our team at the intersection of AI and biology. You will source, screen, and close candidates across AI research, computational biology, and drug discovery leadership.

You will own the ATS, shape screening processes, and represent Output at major events like NeurIPS, ICML, and ICLR to build a strong talent network while coordinating offers and equity discussions with founders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting with a focus on AI/ML, research, or engineering roles.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing niche technical talent in competitive markets.
• Ability to screen AI/ML and computational biology candidates credibly, including publication records and research depth.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across all roles from sourcing to closing.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationships.
• Conduct first-round screening interviews to evaluate technical depth in AI/ML and biology.
• Design, improve screening frameworks and interview processes.
• Represent Output at AI and biotech venues to build relationships with researchers and students.
• Partner with founders to define roles and hiring strategy, ensuring a rigorous process.
• Maintain the ATS and ensure clean pipeline data for progress tracking.
• Manage offers, compensation discussions, and equity negotiations.
