Responsibilities include processing invoices, payment runs, tax accuracy, vendor communications, and handling W-9s. This role requires attention to detail and strong communication skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic math with fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
• Background check and drug screen clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process non-trade invoices through online invoice management system per guidelines.
• Run weekly payment runs via electronic systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Process check requests.
• Verify sales/use tax accuracy on invoices.
