Job summary

Professions-Inc is seeking a Packing Sales Specialist to manage a defined territory centered in Dayton or Columbus, Ohio. You will drive new business development and account management for end-of-line packaging, consumables, equipment, and related services.

Ideal candidates have packaging or end-of-line sales experience, can discuss line-level equipment with plant managers, and will document ROI in proposals. Travel within the territory is required, with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Packaging or end-of-line experience is preferred.
• Independent, disciplined, and willing to be measured on results.
• Based in or willing to be based in the Dayton or Columbus area.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory based out of the Dayton or Columbus area.
• New-business development and account management for end-of-line packaging: consumables, equipment, and services.
• Sell on total cost of ownership, not on a catalog price.
• Maintain CRM current and build vendor relationships for marking, coding, or automation solutions.
