Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a dedicated Check In and Inventory Specialist to support end-of-day processing, contractor paperwork, and inventory validation in our warehouse. You will verify delivery tickets, count hauls, and ensure items are correctly tagged and stored.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and complete paperwork accurately.
• Experience in warehouse or inventory control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete end of day audit of paperwork from Independent Contractors for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify haul away appliance counts against daily inventory logs.
• Tag and store returned appliances in correct locations; maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Follow security practices to deter theft; assist with day-to-day tasks as needed.
• Check-in previous day routes and delivery tickets and update Inventory Log.
