Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Support associate in West Columbia, SC to assist with daily contractor check-in/out, inventory control and route documentation. You will audit delivery docs for accuracy and help with load-out, safety and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include verifying inventory counts, processing returns, organizing stock, and resolving discrepancies, while collaborating with warehouse leadership to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in warehouse or inventory control positions required.
• Must have strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, speak and write English to complete paperwork accurately.
• Ability to operate a variety of warehouse equipment as dictated by the duties of the job and perform data entry.

Responsibilities

• Audit delivery documentation to ensure required signatures, service codes, completion details, delivery exceptions, and other operational requirements are properly recorded.
• Verify inventory transactions, including haul-away appliances, returns, and other product movements, to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Process, tag, organize, and store returned merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to delivery documentation, returns, inventory counts, and contractor paperwork.
• Support daily check-in and check-out activities for Independent Contractors and route support.
• Assist with general warehouse and administrative activities.
