Job summary

Novonesis in Wisconsin is seeking an Encapsulation Operator to produce capsules safely, accurately, and in full GMP compliance. You will operate encapsulation equipment, document production, and work with Quality and Maintenance to sustain quality and efficiency.

The role requires reading, writing, and speaking English, basic math conversions, and the use of simple hand tools. This is a 2nd shift, on-site position with a strong teamwork focus and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to read and follow a production journal to batch produce accurately.
• Ability to use basic hand tools for equipment assembly/disassembly.
• Strong communication with team about production status.
• Ability to apply metric weight and volume conversions.
• Experience with Lock Out Tag Out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate encapsulation equipment per SOPs.
• Monitor production processes for quality and GMP compliance.
• Document production activities in the production journal.
• Identify and communicate process or equipment issues.
• Support safe, efficient, and compliant daily operations.
