Job summary

Reliance Vitamin, LLC is hiring for an Encapsulation Operator to setup, operate, and maintain automatic encapsulation equipment in a cGMP manufacturing environment. You will ensure product quality, record-keeping, and safety while working with cross-functional teams in Manufacturing, QA, and Maintenance.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience with machine setup and changeovers, and the ability to read English SOPs and batch records.

Qualifications

Experience with setting up, changing over products, cleaning, disassembly, reassembly, and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to read and follow English SOPs, batch records, and safety instructions.
Mechanical aptitude with safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate automatic encapsulation machines, complete changeovers and install correct parts for each capsule size.
Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble parts per SOPs; report wear or damage before startup.
Verify blend, capsule size, and origin against records; confirm identity with color-coded labels.
Feed material into hopper and monitor output; follow safety procedures.
Record batch and in-process data; maintain labeled drums and materials.
Perform routine maintenance and keep a clean, GMP-compliant workspace.
