Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
- 3+ years managing the operational monitoring, incident response and backlog prioritization of a technology platform.
- 2+ years in the Product Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC), including developing functional requirements and defining/executing UAT plans.
- 2+ years supporting internal and external business clients.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of EMV Certification platform(s) from roadmap to operations.
- Define, prioritize, and maintain the platform backlog.
- Identify opportunities for platform optimization and continuous improvement.
- Own platform stability, availability, and operational performance with KPIs.
- Lead incident management and coordinate end-to-end resolution.
- Manage risks or customer-impacting issues to senior management.
- Maintain documentation and processes.
- Drive platform transformation with vendors and stakeholders.
