Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• At least 8 years in operations, consulting or program leadership within payments.
• At least 5 years leading organizational change initiatives.
• At least 5 years managing internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Payment Transformation & Process Modernization across payment ecosystem.
• Drive Advanced Payment Product Delivery for EMV, Transit, tokenization, digital wallets.
• Engage strategic partners to align on growth initiatives and standards.
• Provide consultation on market shifts and translate requirements into operational plans.
• Offer thought leadership on regulatory approvals and technical feasibility.
• Scale operations to support high-growth initiatives.
