Job summary

Superior Ambulance is hiring EMTs/Paramedics to provide high‑quality medical care during transport and to ensure safe, timely patient movement across multiple Illinois locations, including Des Plaines. You will assess patients, document conditions, and collaborate with medical teams while maintaining vehicle readiness.

Candidates must hold an EMT or Paramedic license (NREMT or state) and possess a valid driver’s license; pre‑employment checks and training are required.

Qualifications

• Provide medical care at EMT or Paramedic level during transport.
• Maintain safe driving and map-reading for address locations.
• Accurately convey patient condition to medical professionals.
• Complete written reports, billing documentation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate patient care per EMT training.
• Safely transport patients and read street addresses accurately.
• Assess patients and communicate conditions to team.
• Document patient condition, history, and treatment provided.
• Assist with billing documentation and vehicle maintenance.
