Job summary

AmeriPro Health seeks an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide essential Basic Life Support and safe medical transport across emergency environments. You will focus on patient assessment, direct BLS treatment, and effective teamwork supporting Paramedics and public safety partners.

Ideal candidates have EMT field experience, trauma life support training, and strong proficiency with EMS technology and documentation.

Qualifications

• EMT with proven field experience and solid patient assessment skills.
• PHTLS and/or ITLS training or equivalent trauma life support training.
• Comfortable using EMS reporting systems and standard hospital communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform BLS interventions (CPR, oxygen, bleeding control, splinting, vital signs).
• Support Paramedics by preparing equipment and assisting on ALS calls.
• Monitor patient condition during transport and relay updates to receiving facility.
