Job summary

AmeriPro Health LLC is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide essential Basic Life Support (BLS) care and safe medical transport in both emergency environments. You will focus on patient assessment, direct BLS treatment, and strong teamwork with Paramedics and public safety partners.

Qualifications

• EMT work experience required.
• CPR: BLS certification required.
• Ability to use technology for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and provide BLS interventions (CPR, oxygen, bleeding control, splinting, vital signs).
• Assist Paramedics by preparing equipment on ALS calls.
• Monitor patient condition during transport and relay updates.
• Complete accurate electronic documentation of care and interactions.
• Operate ambulance safely per driving standards.
• Maintain ambulance readiness and restock supplies.
• Perform stretcher operations and safe patient handling.
• Participate in training and quality improvement.
