Qualifikationen

• Current EMT certification required in the applicable state.
• NC EMT-B and National Registry EMT preferred at time of hire; SC EMT-B and National Registry EMT required within 90 days.
• BCLS required.
• Valid driver's license (prefer state/SC) with no more than 6 points.
• Advocate Health driving course to be completed within the first week.
• One-year active pre-hospital experience preferred.
• Annual safety briefings and survival training required.
• Must maintain eligibility for driving MedCenter Air vehicles.
• Operational smartphone for MedCenter Air operations.

• Completes skills check in a timely manner with accuracy.
• Maintains clean environment and vehicle readiness at shift start.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely in medical records.
• Provides quality patient care aligned with policies and regulations.
• Follows Medical Control guidelines when unavailable.
• Assists with public relations and marketing activities when needed.
• Adheres to safety guidelines; ensures seat belts are worn.
• Follows vehicle assignments and adjusts as needed for department needs.
• Operates transport vehicles per Advocate Health policies.
