You will supervise floor security guards, coordinate with law enforcement, run patrols, manage shift documentation, and support emergency response. EMT/First Responder CPR/First Aid certification or eligibility and a Minnesota driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1½ years of security, casino security or law enforcement experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in security or law enforcement.
• EMT/First Responder, CPR and First Aid certification, or certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by displaying leadership and supervisory skills.
• Protect the property and assets of Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel.
• Supervise and monitor the duties of all floor security guards during each shift.
• Assume the role of the Security Shift Supervisor in the Supervisor's absence.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist/attend to ill or injured individuals.
• Coordinate with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
• Perform patrols around the casino complex and manage shift reports.
