Qualifications

• EMT licensure in applicable state(s) required or equivalent nursing licensure.
• Experience in clinical/hospital settings preferred.
• Familiarity with plasma donation regulations or manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, consent, medical history interview and examination, blood testing, and SPE review.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for abnormal findings or guidance.
• Support vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
• Manage occupational health/ER incidents with EHS guidance.
• Potential Pandemic Coordinator duties as authorized.
