BioLife Plasma Services is seeking an EMT-based Medical Support Specialist to support donor eligibility, safety, and donor care in a Takeda-backed plasma center. You will determine donor eligibility, review test results, manage adverse events, and support EHS and medical affairs guidance.

This role requires current EMS licensure (EMT-B/A/I/P) or RN/LPN, CPR/AED, and prior clinical experience. Reporting to the Plasma Center Manager, you’ll contribute to safe plasma collection, participate in

Qualifications

• Must hold EMS licensure in responsible state (EMT-B/EMT-A/EMT-I/EMT-P) or nursing license (RN/LPN).
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Determine donor eligibility and consent according to SOPs.
• Manage donor adverse events and notify appropriate personnel.
• Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable results.
• Support vaccination programs for staff when applicable.
