PFC Group of Companies in Boulder, CO, seeks an Emergency Medical Services Tactical Operations Lead (EMSTOL) to design and manage a comprehensive medical response for major events. You will lead clinical operations, medical logistics, and emergency planning, partnering with municipal agencies and IC/UCC structures.

The ideal candidate has extensive EMS leadership, advanced triage, and regulatory experience, along with paramedic licensure and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience serving as senior emergency services leader with EMS command background.
• Over 20 years total experience with late-career EMS leadership roles.
• Proficiency in IC and unified command environments.
• Experience in prehospital medicine, operational deployment, and resource positioning.
• Ability to function as operational leader and advisor in a corporate setting.
• Current EMS licensure/certification (paramedic level) and CPR/BLS.
• Experience with Mass Casualty Incident management and triage.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Hazard Vulnerability Analysis for weather, demographics, venue, and risks.
• Perform advance site surveys with GSRS and leadership for hospital routing and resource pre-positioning.
• Develop Medical Emergency Operations Plan covering MEOP, ALS/BLS SOPs, MCI triage, and ICD integration.
• Coordinate with event organizers and local Fire/EMS and health agencies; manage mutual aid and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and operate a centralized Medical Command Post with interoperable comms.
• Oversee stationary and mobile medical assets; deploy resources in real time.
• Implement high-risk contingency protocols for heat/cold, cardiac arrest, trauma, and overdose.
• Coordinate patient transfers and hospital distribution; ensure proper hand-offs at loading zones.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant PCRs and provide real-time patient volume to leadership.
