Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs the overall daily operations of the EMS Department.
• Operates EMS program in compliance with IDPH Rules and Regulations.
• Develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates goals, budgets, SOPs.
• Hires, mentors, and coaches EMS staff; aligns with NM values.
• Represents EMS at committees and coordinates outreach with partners.
