Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse or Paramedic with emergency care expertise.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in emergency medical services or related field.
• Licensure and ability to coordinate with hospital and pre-hospital providers.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of the EMS Department in compliance with IDPH rules.
• Develops and implements departmental goals, budgets, and SOPs.
• Hires, mentors, and coaches EMS staff; aligns work with NM values and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborates with EMS Medical Director and external agencies to coordinate training and outreach.
